We have just launched our latest feature, My Files, which is now available for everyone. This feature has been heavily requested by our user base and now should enable our users the ability to upload a file and use it for future campaigns.
All campaigns moving forward will have multiple options of data sources: Excel and CSV.
To navigate to ‘My Files’, please use the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen. Select ‘My Files’.
On the next screen simply select ‘Upload Files’ and find the specific Excel or CSV file to use.
Once the file is selected and uploaded; you can select the following options: ‘Start Job’ to begin a campaign, ‘Details’ to review the uploaded file, click ‘Check’ to then ‘Delete Selected File’.
